Refunds may only be issued if work on your order has not yet started. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase time. Once analytical work, research, or optimisation tasks have begun, we are unable to provide a refund due to the customised nature of the service.

Non-refundable circumstances:

Refunds cannot be issued if incomplete or incorrect information is provided by the client, or if delays occur due to missing details required to complete the service. We cannot offer refunds for changes made by Google to its platform, ranking systems, or policies. Additionally, no refunds can be provided if issues arise from previous account problems, suspensions, or policy violations that existed before our work began.

Once the service has been delivered or any part of the optimisation work has been completed, refunds are no longer applicable.

Our optimisation packages involve manual research, competitor analysis, profile restructuring, and other time-intensive processes. Because each service is tailored specifically to your business and cannot be reused or undone after work begins, refunds cannot be issued once any work has started.
